With tutor Jules Robinson. The sessions will cover; Introduction to mindfulness, the misconceptions and latest science behind it, mindful meditation focusing on attention training. Also, thoughts, positive mindsets, how to challenge negative thoughts and other ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine. Please bring a yoga mat/towel along for the meditation.
