In celebration of Victorian Senior’s Month this hands on workshop is aimed at Seniors or anyone concerned with memory loss. Experienced counsellor and wellness coach, Maggie Flanagan will teach participants how to incorporate best practices for a brain protective lifestyle by using a daily holistic approach. The workshop includes activities for active learning, daily techniques to improve your memory as you age, morning tea and refreshments.
